BODE accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that unique, antique, and custom-made pieces are considered final sale due to their delicate and one-of-a-kind nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
